Vienna and Melbourne: The best cities to live on earth are mentioned

Austrian capital, Vienna, has been classified as the world's most beautiful city, and occupied the city of Melbourne, Australia, which has dominated it for many years.
Harare City, Zimbabwe is one of the most unusual cities in the world.
It is the first time in the European continent to guide the annual list that is organized by the Economist Magazine Study Unit.
The survey listed 140 cities around the world by following various criteria including political and social stability, crime visa, education and access to better health care.
In the study, Manchester City was the largest among the European cities where the city had climbed 16 to 35 points.

The city is located in front of London at 13, which is the largest gap for the two cities in the list since the start of the list for the last two decades.
The Economist magazine has said Manchester's recovery is due to security enhancement.
' Longness '
The study was criticized last year by criticizing Manchester City after the Manchester Arena attack in which 22 people were killed.
This year, research editor Roxana Slavcheva has said Manchester City "has declared urgency and withdrawn from the terrorist attack that had shocked its stability.

Economist argues that crime, confusion, terrorism and war contributed significantly to the listings of tailor cities.

The most expensive cities for foreigners to work
