Red Cross Officer Chris Staines has told the BBC about the existence of dangers in the coastal landscape of Philippine mountains that were hit by hurricanes.
'' The western mansoon winds have gone, causing the area to be pre-storm before the Mangkhut hurricane, and to cause more rainfall ''.
Speaking to the BBC, the United Nations United Nations United Nations Correspondence Coordinator Ola Almgren has described the challenges facing aid agencies.
'' The cyclone has caused two major effects: wind and water. What we are waiting for more fun in other places is how it has been affected by rains that have been hit by the cyclone. So we are now doing research on aid, and destruction. We can take action as much as we need through the resources we have. We are preparing to increase our efforts with the resources international that will be needed ''.
Parallel to causing death, Cyclone Mangkhut has caused billions of dollars losses in Philippine and Hong Kong countries .
